I like your stuff , however if i amy comment that the negativity in most of your writing is NOT overshadowed with the victory that comes with being a child of God. Search for it, hunger after God and His presence. Ask the Holy Spirit to give you peace and comfort and to fill you as in Acts Chapter 2.
That being said....keep on writing....kay?

aw, isnt he sweet rachel. many poems are negative when from real events in ones life or how they used to be, and about feelings of growing pains it seems here. pretty normal for a teenager. must not be too bad if she is still here to write about it. thats good news. [;

yeah... I know my poems can be pretty emo sometimes... I write what I feel... Alot of the time it's from upset and angry to knowing that God is near. Cause I know he is... It's just hard to feel him right now.

ah. He knows , God gave you emotions to worship Him at free will. it stinks being human, espec female alot. but the poluation of world would not exists without us! hehe EVEN SCIENCE NEEDS SOMETHING from us women. fresh eggs to freeze. hahahaha so, we do have a purpose, ok other than creating life. we are comforters, sup[porters, and sometimes hostile negotiators within our own families, not just the world. and help men find the remote control. teasing. I think I freaked my youth minister out pretty good. I'm really confused and frustrated and stuff right now, so I'm kinda quiet and not very humorous... well it showed last night. He was like "What's up with you Rachel?"

I'm just trying to make it through when I'm not sure that I can.

to answer first part. if always happy, wouldnt be as compassionate towards anyone grieving if we dont go thru compassion building pain ourselves first. i know it well, but still learning. take care. its ok to cry. let it out.

I can't cry... I mean I can, but when I want to I can't. It's when I don't want to that I do. When I want to vent cause I feel awful no tears come. But when I feel great and fine and my teachers pull me out into the hall because there was a misunderstanding that they took as lying... then I cry

oh dear. sorry to hear that. it does hurt to be misunderstood. even as an adult. may need to adjust rx. makes a difference how we[usually chics]react to others or not. teachers see so much lying these days, espec from teens-they just assume/expect worst or same as a majority. also depends on the teacher. is there a counselor there to confide in? Maybe they can help explain it to your teachers with or without you present.

true, making you think youve already lost is satans strategy to give up, bring you to downward spiral , and ergo lose trust in God, that is satans goal. well, that and your soul for eternity. Id say God has your best interests at heart. enemy has their best interest in mind when using you. they are one sided. God is love!

wow!!! I haven't written anything in a long time... I was just going back through everything to see what I might have written so long ago... It's CRAZY to see where God has brought me. My writing was dark because I was and there are times when I still hit those spots, but never as severe as it was 5 years ago! That's crazy!
