Sorry so gone but we have some trojan thing on our computer and it constantly blinks and i have to reset my cursor, i just fall off the page. so i check email then scram.

yeah, looks like we will be selling our house for sure this time. and this time i am more okay with it. alayna is grounded in school and i really dont want to take her out, so we could use the downsizing. 4 people really dont need 4000 sq ft.

so yall pray that this is a move both that will bring us more peace and closer to an active faith lifestyle as well. funny, it doesnt seem connnected, but somehow i feel like this move will turn out something BIGGER !

Oh yeah, one more thing. i got my physical on wed and they called today with "results" but i didnt get to the phone soon enuf, so they said they'd "call first thing in the morning" ... so whatever that means, please pray. i am pretty spent right now and dont need to be sick. thanks for the support!

hey, times are just chipping away at getting themselves taken care of, as they do in God's time, but say a prayer that i can have some kind of final closure on the issue with my mother. she and i havent "talked" since there was another huge blow up back in june, and we have been trying to work things out online, but when i replied with the truth of how our words can really permanently hurt one another, and how we need to both try NOT to use hurtful words ever again, she simply writes back "so sad, my memory isnt what yours is. it isnt worth arguing over" ... to ME, her child. so i shed tears of loss, but it never IS loss. sometimes i just wish i could lose her, so it can be over. just a prayer. thanks

i swear, one thing if i can acomplish this, i am a successful mother .... when (not if) my kids have to enter therapy, may they only spend SOME of the time on me, may it not ALL be me. i just want to be the reason for about half of thier therapy. thank you Lord.

I tell my children "your therapy is going to be exxxxxxxxxxxxpeeeeeeeeeeeeeennnnssssssssiiiiiiiive!"

okay, i have never sent a child to kindergarten till now. preschool or montessori, half day isnt the same. it's all day! we get up at 6:30 and book it to get out the door all dressed, fed and together by 7:30. then she walks in and i don't see her or know what she's doing, really till 3! it's harder than i can ever imagine. i am really testy right now and can't sleep. for those of you who understand this process, a tiny little prayer that i dont bite anyone's head off would be nice. also, i adopted a hampster, our gecko that john brought home just laid an egg and our poor dog is peeing all over the house for some reason. where is normal ?

Normal is different for everyone, 'usual' is probably a better word We're used to David going to daycare (we call it 'school') since we both have to work right now. He seems to love it too, we set him down and he runs off to play, rarely looking back. Since he moved to the 'older' class this week he comes home sweaty and dirty from playing on the playground as much a kidly possible.

All that to say, you're probably hurting from this more than your little one. She's probably having a blast. Knowing that she's fine will help you feel a bit better about the situation. It's going to be ok

appearantly she is doing just fine. but when a 6 year old says to you as she goes to bed (alayna isnt a typical 6 yr old) "mom, its like i thought i was ready for school, but i really wasnt" .. you just want to take her in your arms and make the world go away. but she LOVES it! says she has times during the day she gets sad and misses me and cody and then she says it goes away and she is having fun. she cant love it more. we have her writing in her diary now. she comes home and i help her sound out letter and words as she puts her feelings down. so far, its all good. its more me than anything. but now my kids fight over sitting next to me on the couch after school and all miss mommy. might actually turn out to be a good thing. thank allen, i know, i never want to let her go, to grow, but she is doing well. smart kid. really smart kid. and so school is great for her. glad its a long weekend. i am selfish and want her here all week now. the school day is just too long!
