Trading?? mine is paid for TYVM However getting a used gas sipper is right in line with what I want. We just got Wendy an '02 PT Cruiser. She had a '01 Cavalier until some one rear ended it 3 weeks ago....

I want either a VW golf or bug with the turbo diesel. 40-50 mpg on the highway!

Ol' Bessy is paid for too, but she's >10 years old now... poor thing won't be with us much longer - one reason I think I should get some value for her now.

LOL My tahoe is 12 this year put a new engins and rebuilt the tranny in 07 so I am good for another 200K miles I need to keep it as a hauler for trips and stuff.

hmm... that website doesn't work now. I need to do something about my vehicle - repairing it could be more than it's worth.

I had a 2003 KIA that needed over $1500 of repairs, so I decided instead of investing in my older car, I would trade it in on something newer. So I was able to get a great deal on a 2006 Jeep Liberty that only had 12,000 miles on it. I got a really good number on my trade, and because all of the dealers are hurting to move cars, got a great deal all the way around. And I love it! It's a smaller SUV, and I still get between 22-24 miles on the highway. Not too bad!

...the only disclaimer is I was one month away from not having a car payment. My debt is now secure for at least 4 more years...
