My natural gas went up to 86 cents/gallon

They started raising gas prices ahead of the storm  40 cents in some cases - I was able to fill up last night at Kroger for $3.38 tho You know it's bad when Po Diddy has to fly commercial.

$4.29 at most places, if you search real hard $3.99, but only IF you can find a place that HAS gas. 2 years ago it cost 48.00 to fill up my little truck. Today? 102.85

Which is why I walk to work when possible (it helps that the weather has been gorgeous since the hurricane and I live <2 blocks from work )

I filled up at $3.26/gal thursday, it was $3.15 in Baytown today - amazing that that is considered low now

that's funny, I only pay about $17 dollars to fill up my ginormous truck.
Oh, that's right, I use natural gas - 88 cents/gallon currently.

So the price is climbing as gas prices are shrinking? It's not much of an option here - very few places to get natural gas.

I've seen a few around here using LP gas, but not natural gas.

I bought mine from CA and it came from the manufacturer as a CNG vehicle. There are a few outfits that do conversions here in Utah, but I'm not sure where else you can have it done outside of Utah. Here it will run between $3000-$6000 to convert depending on the size of the tanks you want. It's not a very complicated process from what I understand.
As far as the price increase, it actually happened several months ago when a new natural gas pipeline through the rockies to CO opened up and our supply was slightly affected.
