arghhh... I paid extra for next-day delivery and it didn't come today... which means it won't come until Monday or Tuesday, which was available at time of purchase for less money

I think I'm gonna refuse the delivery if they don't credit me back for the cost of shipping and just get it somewhere else.

Know the feeling. That next day stuff for some reason always takes longer for me. Look on the brite side. More prayin' instead of putsin' time!

My car has been back to the dealer so often that now they don't want to work on it. I have caught the service department in out and out lies and they will tell me one thing, then write different directions on the work receipt. We have had such an awful go of it that we finally called Hyundai Corporate and they are sending a Master Mechanic out. The dealer actually told me that they have a directive from Hyundai saying that losing a quart of oil every 1000 miles is acceptable. Hyundai refuted that and sent us the "real" directive that said, losing a quart of oil at 1000 miles requires immediate attention.

They think cos I'm a girl I'm just gonna lie down... Oh..ooops...not the right wording there...

but, anyway... I'm on top of it.

The appraiser just left... sometimes you get a feeling that something ain't gonna go right and you just aren't sure why... he charged me $100 extra and he said he couldn' give me a copy, that he was actually a client of the mortgage company, didn't matter who wrote the check

40 miles to San Antonio

today I drove >100 miles to get to a patient's house that was ~15 minutes away I misunderstood the directions and the other info I had to find them wasn't helpful at all... when I saw the sign "Laredo 113 miles" I called the home to find out their house was on the other side of San Antonio the side I had just drove from

I drove through the median and the SA 40 miles was the first sign I had come to...

<grrrrr> I just burned about 3gb of data onto like 6 cds then completly wiped and reformatted the hard drive on my trusty ol' computer at home. (windows had gotten so buggy it wouldn't work worth a flip) I reloaded window from a clean slate and when it got to the part where you enter your 400 digit product key I could not find mine any more!!! I have had my hands on it in the last month or so and it is NOWHERE to be seen. The dang thing is that without that number I can't do diddly-squat. I am praying I do not have to shell out for a new copy of windows to run on that old machine :scowl:
