this week I begin 'the diet'... not sure what I weigh right now, but after 3 days of casino buffets, I'm fairly sure it's my worst  I think I'm gonna do the 'body for life' diet, it's sound, healthy, and won't make me fire people at work

I started today (Monday) as well. BFL is good if you can be disciplined. I am a rebel and sometimes have problems following rules...  I'm trying The South Beach diet...  Somethin's gotta give...(and I hope it's the extra poundage... ) I'll pray for willpower for you Allen, please pray for obedience for moi...

ugh, my prayers are gonna haveta be harder Once 'locked in' I don't have problems with will-power and dieting, I don't even consider the foods that are bad for me. I've recommended the BFL diet many times, I'll see how I do and let ya know

I was headed to work I came home to pick something up, I locked my keys in the vehicle I have another key, but it's in there too. I hope to find another one here somewhere

heheh I've been passing sets of keys to my immediate family, they can help a brotha out For some reason, just as I am trying to back away from any web work besides this site, I am overloaded with waaaaayyy too much work. arggh I got a piece of it done tonight, but there's a good bit more still to go... if I can get right to the gym then right home, maybe I can knock a significant portion out tomorrow night

They're discontinuing carrot cake oatmeal I got 4 of the last 8 boxes in existence... Which brings me to the Golden Rule of Shopping... never go shopping when hungry... it took me 4 trips to carry it all in from my vehicle I got 2 of some things, 4 of some others
