Allen .. have you ever thought of getting one of those clapper or whistling keychains ? i hate to hear you lose your keys all the time ?? they can be kinda annoying, but it might jsut help.

speakin of which, now there's something wrong with the electrical system - hopefully it's just the battery or alternator. It won't start without a jumpstart and when it does run the dash gauges don't work at all, the AC is barely running, the windows won't roll down and the lights barely shine I've sat at home all weekend except when I've been able to bribe someone to give me a ride Off to a new shop tomorrow

Sounds like Alternator to me, if not that then I would guess one of the battery cables is making awful contact.

Allen...have you tried kicking the tires?

bah, it was a $6 fuse for the alternator, it seems to be running fine now

which is more than I can say for me I am coming off a 28 hour shift and headed to catch you guys after I get some rest

dang it...you didn't have to go all the way over there I coulda helped ya spend ya money...I know how it feels...few years ago I had a 'coworker' steal my card out of my purse...charged over $900 on it...got busted cause I drove out to one of the stores she went to a small gift shop in Orange and they described her...stupid had even told them she worked at the hospital on a different unit!! Of course she lost her job..had to wear the dog tag for a few years..the nerve of this Icelander

Okay .. what is wrong with banks these days ? we put our money in Wells Fargo ... thinking a national bank would have it together right, wrong. first strike, they lose a deposit of over $400 and blame it on the "computer system entered the wrong code" well, who the heck got our money that day? needless to say, it got straightened out. Then we get this extended line of credit, call all our credit cards, pay them off and issue checks out of our account after transfering the $$ and .... low and behold, they didnt transfer the money. if my hubby hadnt called and checked, we woulda been in some serious bad checkville. I mean, if a bank can't provide the service you pay them for and you have to police your account yourself, it makes more sense to just dig a hole in your back yard and "tin can" it and do it yourself ! right ? ! ARGGGG ! Why cant sooo many services in this nation provide just what they promise ? what happened to american work ethic ? how come it is a rareity to find a place who can say they will do something and do it WELL to the best of their ability ? Has the wole world gone LAZY ???

Because, regardless of the institutional name invloved, invariably there will be an employee working

Hey A3! I had Wells Fargo. Peronally I had a tough time with them, though I know folks who haven't. I now have Washington Mutual and smooooooooooth sailing.
