ONEDAY is a day of worship and prayer. Thousands of high school and college students will gather together…praying together for awakening in this generation. There will be various worship leaders, speakers and facilitators that will lead us through movements of intercession, celebration, confession, reflection, and repentance.

Individuals desiring to camp together should arrive together. Campsites will be arranged in “communities”, each with access to portable bathrooms, showers, and meeting areas. Although activities begin on Friday, limited camping will be available on Thursday night for an extra fee of $5.00. Camping for Friday and Saturday night is $15.00 a person. Transportation

As for Transportation, there will be plenty of bus, van, and car parking at the venues. For those arriving in a bus or van and wishing to camp, there will be an unloading area.
As STAND 318 prepares for the trip to ONE DAY, we are not stopping short in the aspect of transportation. As mentioned in the previous letter you received our vision here at STAND 318 is to “change our area [as] we unite together, go together, and come back not as individuals in different churches and denominations but as one heart.”
Our heart at STAND 318 is not to take 20 people but to take 20,000 of all ages, from every race, and from every denomination. This could be a once in a lifetime event in which a united front from South East Texas and every other hemisphere of the U.S. come together to meet, mingle, impart, and strategize for the new movement of God. Imagine the difference and the impact we could make together in our South East Texas to show up at Shelby Farms, Memphis, Tennessee in one accord, as one heart.
It is for this reason that we are currently reviewing charter bus prices. It looks as if we are looking at around $50.00 per person. Details coming soon…

Food

Food for the week is not included in the registration prices. We encourage you to bring your own food and drink. However, there will be food vendors and a general store on sight for your use. Many are planning to fast on Saturday, May 20th. Although we encourage those who desire to fast, fasting is not a requirement.

Again this is more than a conference.
More than another event. So much more than a festival…
Although all of these are good.

One Day is a belief.

A belief that some things will never change. A firm conviction that we as a nation are in a desperate dilemma (the part that never changes) the solution is not more stuff, another clever idea, some catchy program, a new plan or the next passing fad.
The answer is the mercy of God unleashed through fervent prayer.
Hasn’t that always been God’s way?

“If my people, which are called by my name,
will humble themselves and pray…”
Seems we all know the words.
Sad the words have not become our ways.

STAND 318’s heart is to make this a reality once again.
One Day is not all that special, and it is not a novel concept.
It’s simply an affirmation of the ancient call, gathering those who name themselves the people of the living God to seek His face.
Our hope is not in One Day, rather our faith in God.

Kneeling there, hearts together bowed, faces to the ground,
tears meeting the soil, cries rising to heaven.
Worship and prayers together wed.
Prayers for mercy. Intercession for salvation.
Songs of deliverance.
Quiet, waiting for an outpouring of the Spirit of God on us.
Repentant hearts, Restored souls.

United visions from the South,
receiving from God as the South,
bringing back a new directive for the South,
and transforming our area in the South.
