I got a sunburn

Had some friends over Saturday night for dinner. I don't cook that much, but I daresay I put together a perfect Dinner! It went well, food was good and it was an enjoyable evening.

Turning this into Q and A.

Q. Who sounds best with no mic?

A. ME!

Q. Do you at least tan after burning?

A. I turn lily white again. BAH!

Q. Is your restaurant covered by insurance for poisioning?

A. Mine is. LOL

Does he "tan"???? lol. Look at his profile picture....Steve was born with a tan. (and I can't even get one in a stupid tanning bed!) And, no...I don't go anymore. Besides, Chris tells me that tans are highly over-rated. lol

But, ya know...if all my freckles would work together...I WOULD have a nice tan.

sunlight is NOT underrated. I think I spent my entire childhood outside. My mom would ground me to my room when I was in trouble, that was worse for me than a "caning" And Saphy that is my cajun heritage that gives me that olive complexion (for the record, the picture is a bit darker than reality)


And Thom, I could seriously contend with you!!

Cajun Heritage???

Yeah, Okay.

I don't know what "heritage" I am....lol. Was born in Cajun country....fer sure. But, family tree says I am "Venitian".

Venitian Blinds were white....lol.

Working all night and sleeping all day doesn't help matters either.

But there IS this new product....It is "hose" (as in pantyhose) that is in a "spray-on" can. I bet that its much better than the spray-on "Mystic Tan"...lol (which I have had done!)

Spray on hosiery (er, tan...???) What will they think of next???

I will keep the skin I am in....and be thankful for it.

Winter is a goner!

Hopefully not for at least 10 more days - we go skiing in copper mountain this weekend with my family Hopefully we'll make up for the canceled January trip

Thank you Lord for my job, I'm still here at 2:22am, but it's still way better than one year ago at this time

My sister is going skiing this weekend too in Colorado but to Monarch tho. It's just a smaller place in Colorado.
