Just some itty bitty piece of news...Been doin' this poetry thing for a while, and the people who do the "mentoring" have decided to bump me up to the next level (which is not something that comes easy; it's more common to get bumped DOWN a level than up a level here). It doesn't really mean much other than the fact that I'm progressing in my writing skills by notable amounts, and am probably one teeny tiny step closer to being on the road to writing for submission to poetry magazines (ones that pay you to write instead of you paying them to "publish" you).
