Truth in advertising would have been good because this isnt an apologetic, it's about an apologetic.

If you don't know what Secular Humanism is google "Humanist Manifesto"

I delivered an overview of a series I have developed and still developing on: What is Secular Humanism? Effects in society and the Christian reaction.
It's an indepth look at the Secular-Humanist Worldview against the Christian Worldview, where and why the Secular-Humanist Worldview fails and why Christianity provides a superior beleif system.

There are many worldviews. When one holds that the view they build all their beliefs from is mutually exclusive they are quickly targeted. The fact is, most views are considered dominate and exclusive. Christians hold the position that our view is logical and right and we are told to be prepared to deliver a defence (legal term) for our faith, and to do it with love.

Apologetics can be a deep, deep study. It can also be an extremly rewarding study for the average layman.
There are many books that are available, that are easy to understand.

A personal study on Secular Humanism, Cosmic Humanism and Eastern Worldviews would be usefull, interesting studies that I encourage fellow believers to learn more.

Sure - For what level? I know that sounds like a strange question but there are books that are prettly simple. If your asking for yourself, you may want something more advanced.

Two good books: "To Everyone An Answer" a bit advanced yet still an introduction and "Understanding the Times". Understanding the times is very comprehensive. Starting with defining worldviews and then exploring each worldview catagorically (where is the spell ck?). Ie... Lets say a worldview has several disciplines; Social, Economic, Government, Law, Education, knowledge,Religion.. In Understanding the Times each discipline is studied. So several WV's are explored side by side.

I would also suggest. The websites of Norman Geisler, Gary Habermas, The Apologetics Resource Center (My nephew is the book editor)Ravi Zacharias and Reasonable Faith with William Lane Craig.

The second one with the side-by-side comparison sounds good. My time is short for now (busy with the new biz) so I may check out a thinner one or one I can start a few times smile

I forgot to mention "No Doubt About It" Winfried Corduan. Just under 300 pages yet full of information.

For anyone interested in apologetics this resource should be available now. Take a look at the list of those who contributed to the book.

You cant have a comprehensive resource, that would take a library. But when I come across something that I think will be usefull, I'll drop a line.
