well..i was tryin to spare ya'll from my long windedness, but ok
the movie came out when my sisters were well somewhere in their preteen years. homosexuality was unheard of practically. they went to the movies and watch Zorro the Gay Blade. well, they thought it was funny, and all they could really remember from it was "and what color did he wear?"
last year my mom was checkin out which movies to buy (we have a library, i keep tellin her we should charge when people borrow, but anyhow) and she came across Zorro the Gay Blade. well, she remembered that my sisters had liked it, and decided to buy it.
boy were we in for a surprise!!!
the whole movie is about a sleazy wife and well, a gay zorro. how were we to know?? we thought he was just happy.
anyhow...now that i've filled ya'lls brains with another pointless wrinkle...i'll leave ya'll to ponder the sanity of my family.
