BOYS! (simply are easeir than girls i think) but when they want to get into trouble, they are much better at it! i am watching a two year old and my son during the mornings and sometimes all day. this morning they tore up alayna (my oldest's ) little flower she had growing in the window and THREW the dirt everywhere, right after i mopped. And i am supposed to count to ten or three hundred or whatever and NOT duct tape these two ! prayer works and so does paxil appearantly.

Note to self:never EVER leave two boys alone for more than 30 seconds and if they are laughing hysterically and you can hear them from the other room, RUN >>>> fast!

Plants and dirt what is it??? and it's not only boys. I had a plant that I was given when my close friend passed away. She had been growing this plant for as long as I had known her. One day I was in the shower and I heard this loud crash... of course it had to be THAT plant... When I got out and dried off I couldn't find my kids... They both were in their beds. They knew about that plant so they put themselves on time out...

I tivo'd the AI finals tonight and have been watching it for the last 2 hours - some great singing - *loved* Melinda Dolittle singing with Bebe and Cece Winans, I'm going to have to check my old cd and see if Melinda's credits are on there.

Anyways... tivo recorded 2 hours of an *apparently* 2 hour and 5 minute show. I didn't see (and still don't know) who won

yeah, that was a little dumb. i was pretty excited about the whole doug e. fresh thing. i am sure noone on here knows who he is .. but for anyone who was as cool as i was in the 80's, doug e. fresh and slick rick were the bomb ! well, we would have said "they are soooo radical" or "gnarly" !!!

Taylor Hicks is coming to my town's little theater and I have no desire to even see him... I'd go see Elliot before I went to see him.

Hey...did anyone catch Elliot's new do?...OMG it was one big curl... lolol!

I never understood why Taylor won - he's a good entertainer, seems like a great guy, but why would anyone outside his mom and other women 50+ from the south buy his music? His style just isn't commercial. Maybe he should do country music, that would be a lot more his style/speed.

Now, I do like Elliot much better, the hair was a bit overdone tho - reminded me of my older brother's 'fro from the early 80's.

Haven't done so well on the diet and gym time - but my cholesterol and triglycerides went to about a third of what they were before - total chol. went from 230-something to 102 Triglycerides went from 300-something to 160 and LDL (bad cholesterol) dropped from 160 or so to 60

He could hardly believe it, so I have to be re-checked next week

Back to the gym, I really need to lose 30 lbs

I had adjusted my diet but hadn't started back at the gym yet - I expect the zetia was most of the reason, Dr Brauer doesn't tho, so we're checking it again next Wednesday
