I've had an older guy who stays at the Y mow our yard for years now, he's always done a decent job for a pretty good price. I stopped mowing shortly after someone stole my new lawn mower years back. I had to let him go yesterday because over the last 6 months he's gotten progressively more anxious to cut the grass (and thereby collect) more and more often, even after multiple times I've told him to not cut it before I ask him to. He'd cut it every 6-7 days if I let him and it got to where we hated to leave the house for he'd be out there waiting to beg to cut it.

Argh, I scraped the wheels of the cooper against a curb this evening

argh...better than scraping the entire left side, wheels, and tearing the front bumper off ...like I did a couple months ago backing out the garage and not paying attention

If you read the 'take out the trash' topic I posted about my durango smelling good because a vanilla candle melted in it - I took care of that today, a bottle of transmission fluid leaked onto the passenger seat and now it smells like an automotive shop

you can always cover that up with a spilled bottle of "new car smell" and then just stay away from your car for a while !!! or get it detailed. what does mel say ?

She hasn't smelled it yet - when we go somewhere we usually take the cooper - hence me messing up the rims yesterday

yep - was looking in my rear view side mirror at some emergency vehicle zooming up and wasn't paying enough attention

where is she ? john is outta town till friday. i miss him too. so do the kids. we arent the same without him!

She's at home (well, actually she's at her mom's cuz she's a fraidy cat ). I'm up in Longview until tomorrow evening to meet with others in the company regarding our hospice startups
