Yup.

I'm charged with criminal trespassing, burglary (felony), and possession of alcohol by a minor.

I'm only guilty of trespassing... but guilty by association is as good as guilty.

I'm so screwed.

I spent the night in the county jail... sitting next to a woman who is charged with possession with intent to sell meth, crank, and x. And on the other side, a woman who got in a bar fight and killed a man--thus leaving her charged with assault and battery, and murder.

Myself... and 6 other people... in a cinderblock room, the size of my bathroom. No shoes, no beds, no blankets... nothing. And someone took it upon themselves to urinate in a corner.

My parents are out of town and still have no idea.

I may be tried as an adult.

My court case is January 4th.

Sorry to hear that Ashley, good to hear you're ok tho, that can be a scary situation. You'll be in my prayers - pm me if you need some advice, I've been in that situation before myself

The burglary charges are dropped, and I'm going to be tried as a minor.

My court case has been changed from State court to Magistrate court, and will be on November 13th. All felony charges have been dropped on everyone. Three of us are being tried as minors.

Our court dates are all on the same date.

All of us our out of jail...

Mom knows.

Telling mom wasn't as bad as I thought. She was really mad at me at first, and chewed me out.

But then she called back and asked me how jail was... I told her how awful... awful... awful it was, and I think she pitied me. She called my work and told them that I quit and sorry I didn't give any notice--my manager knew why (Probably because 3/4 of his staff that day were sitting in jail).

I don't think she's going to punish me... or ground me... I don't know what to expect, really.

I am glad that you are doing fine. <seen the inside of a couple of them places myself, sad to say> (oh yeah I was with the tour group, that is my story and I'm sticking too it!)

At the time... it wasn't so funny...

But now... I really do see the humor in all of it.

People want to be stupid, so I'm being stupid too.

I told everyone I've got five felonies and two misses. And I'm probably going to have to spend a few years in jail.

And now when anyone messes with me I just say: "Hey, I've been to jail. I'm not afraid to go back."
