I am contemplating whether it is possible to sneak off and take a nap in the bathroom while my children will be playing and they will take no note of it.

Trust me, it can be a consuming thought.

It isnt possible. I am convinced you can sit and call the names of your kids around 20 times at the loudest voice possible to come pick up or do something but sneak off to be alone 5 minutes .. they will FIND YOU!
