As some of you know, I'm the admin of the
MFC site. I'm so proud of our club and members today - we got a letter from the mayor of Orlando!! Here's the last paragraph:
"Whereas, the Mature Fan Club maintains high standards of club participation thus offering itself as a role model for individuals that want to participate in a positive and charity oriented organization;
Now, therefor, I, Glenda E. Hood, Mayor of the City of Orlando, hereby do Proclaim July 26, 2002, as
MATURE FAN CLUB RECOGNITION DAY
in the City of Orlando and salute the Founders, Board of Directors and the members of the Mature Fan Club and honor their efforts and accomplishments on this day."
