I have got to vent this cos it just makes me crazy.(-er)

Each day as I drive to work, I pass a particular church. In fact it's the church where both of my children were baptised as infants.

Last week there was a sign posted on the lawn next to the sanctuary. It said

"Wine Tasting June 16"

...and if that wasn't enough of a draw, underneath it it said "PRIZES".

OK, so let's invite people to drink and if the alcohol isn't enough, let's entise them with gifts as well...

I kid you not, this morning they announced on the news that people living near open water here in SE Texas need to be careful of pets and small children as it is Alligator mating season and they get aggressive.

I was given a nice amount of stocks when I received my degree. I should have sent out a memo to everyone on the planet holding UTC stock telling them to SELL SELL SELL! Since I've set up my investment account the stock has declined and so far I have lost $882. And all I did was say Thank you...

I'm doing some accounting work for my dad helping him get some things caught up on the books, today was my first full day in nearly 4 years.

Today my sister in law Joann brought some guy back to the office to meet me. In walked an old guy with grey hair, a little paunch, but vaguely familiar. It was a guy a used to train with way back when we were both on the powerlifting team for Lamar Univ. in the early 80's.

Man has he gotten old!
