then i suppose the battle is mine alone. cuz i aint no 160lbs. i gradyuated highschool at 200.rock solid, muscles on muscles, state champ wrestler and all that, but since then it has been a steady 3-4 lbs a yr,

and not in the pecs....hehehe.
i am not sure i could run a 1/4 mile without falling out!
