Heard a secular radio commercial yesterday by a church who spent the entire minute telling me how they're producing the church spoken of in the new testament and if you want, they'll send you a brochure with handy scripture references to prove it.

Not one mention of Jesus or God in the whole minute.

Dont jump to conclusions over a one minute commercial. maybe they want to draw folks in before they hit em with the gospel.I bet if ya call and ask for a brochure, it'll have jesus all over it. Might even be some alternative church to the mainstream christian churches now that i think about it. AW heck now I am confused and I aint even seen the thing... thanks a lot Allen!

I am a born and raised Catholic. I have an issue with the priest in my church. My church has an elementry school with it and one sermon the priest said something like "good parents send thier kids to private school." How am I suppose to concentrate in church when i keep thinking about what he said? I do not know if he really meant to say that, but he did not justify what he meant.

So, tell him about his affect and ask him if he was serious. He's just a man. Consecrated hands don't make him God.
