Me....today I'd have to say that anything more than a light (less than 3 seconds) kiss can lead to trouble.

Probably cause I've got a young daughter and I have to be an example for her.

i dont think kissing is actually acceptable at all...would you be comftorbal knowing that God is looking and you lean over and kiss this girl your with...i wouldnt....even though i know i may want to...maybe even want to very badly....but i still dont think its acceptable

I think it all depends on what kissing has led to in the past for any person on a personal level.

Before I was married, I had never had sex. As such, kissing was simply kissing. I'd established goals for myself and parameters I wasn't willing to go beyond. So a kiss was but a kiss.

Now that I'm married and have had sex, I realize what the full intent of a kiss really is and where it can lead to.

Were I ever for any reason to find myself not married again, I would be extremely cautious in engaging in a kiss of any sort - simply because my instincts have now adjusted and changed to take me from that first kiss to someplace that an unmarried man shouldn't be.

I think if your certain that a kiss won't go anywhere it shouldn't, you're probably safe. I like the way one of the youths I work with at church put it when I asked him to describe for me what "chastity" means. His answer was: "It means you shouldn't take off anyone's clothes."

kissing just some times lead to other things bro...and personally i would rather just not even kiss yuh know what im sayin...i dont know its prolly personal experiances or maybe just my opinion....either way it just seems wrong to me...or maybe i should say for me...it just seems wrong for me...but what i think is right and wrong may not be what other people think is right and wrong nor would I judge them for their beleifs on that...know what i mean...like i wouldnt say you are wrong on these terms for beleiving sumthing i dont...any who...just my train of thought on the subject

Ok. My opinion on the subject is that in my own life I see alot of my friends say they don't really think its a sin...but for me personally...I think premarital sex is a sin..the bible clearly says..sex out of the marriage bed is not right(thats not a quote). When stuff like this is brought up in the midst of me and my friends conversations I'm proud to say I have never don anything of the sort...I don't flaunt it cause its a decision I've made but if I'm asked I tell the truth. I just wish our society, christian and non-christian would see that sex isn't something that comes about without consquences I mean even if there aren't physical there may be emotional. Exactly... not that I've ever been perfect but like Steve says - live life to the fullest. Sex is a small part of who we are and what life has to offer. There's so much more out there to experience together.

Sex clouds and confuses feelings and attractions that may not have ever been there had couples spent the time getting to know each other, discovering goals, interests, etc.
