I am sure most of you have heard about this finding of this box with burial bones in it that indicate in ancient writing that it belonged to someone with a "father named joseph and a brother named jesus".

I wanted to get thoughts on this, in regards to faith and science and what everyone thinks ...

Did Jesus have more than 1 brother? I think he had a couple or more, tho I think the scriptures are silent on this...

I think I remember just one scripture that talks of that. I'll try to hunt it out...

Then Jesus' mother and brothers arrived. Standing outside, they sent someone in to call him.

Now Jesus' mother and brothers came to see him, but they were not able to get near him because of the crowd.

Jesus' brothers said to him, "You ought to leave here and go to Judea, so that your disciples may see the miracles you do.

...and don't forget this one...

Isn't this the carpenter? Isn't this Mary's son and the brother of James, Joseph, Judas and Simon? Aren't his sisters here with us?" And they took offense at him.

OK, maybe not so silent That would leave 4 brothers at least that could be in this burial box, if confirmed

I hadn't heard, but potentialy cool!!

On a sad note Joseph and Jesus were two very common names in that time period (hence notations in scripture like "Joseph of Arimathea" and "Jesus of Nazareth" etc

But still hoping for the best!
