"The Sound of Music" : Maria makes up a song while skipping through Salzburg (stealing tomatoes....good Nun behavior) and teaching the kids how to sing. It apparently was a hit,cause by the time of the music festival, not only does the orchestra have the sheet music, it is even in a catchy little arrangement...even the Captain knows the song......and he was out of the country.
Also, those lying little brats told her they didn't know how to sing....well they were sure doing good the night before when it was raining...Liesl could even belt it out while dancing the cha cha with her Nazi boyfriend.

Also....after only knowing the kids for a day, Maria made clothes from the drapes that fit each one perfectly (by the way...I don't see where she had enough curtains...I mean even Scarlet O'Hara could only make 1 dress, let alone 7 complete ensembles. Of course Maria was a nun (so where did she learn to kiss like that..huh?) so, MAYBE she had some divine intervention (i.e. bread & fish)

And another thing....when Maria runs off to the Abbey, the Rev. Mother says the Nun Hut is not a place to hide.....and yet when the Nazis are after them, she's like "Yo. Maria...go hide in the cemetary while the other nuns break out the Time-Life books and strip the Volkswagons so you and your family can make a run for the border."

Just a thought.
