This is a prayer request, but I'm posting it here cause sometimes I don't want to post over other people's prayer request.

i ask everyone to keep Lamar University in prayer this year. i really feel like God wants to use us to touch this campus but he is just waiting for us to step up to the plate. I start school tomorrow, and I want this year to be different. I want everyone to see a difference in me and want them to know the Jesus I know. I want to make a bigger impact.

Part of the mission of STAND is to reach people on the Lamar campus. well it is difficult to reach people when you aren't always in the mix of it.(i.e. few people who go to stand are students at Lamar as well). I feel like I have a bigger responsibility as being one who does attend school there.

Keep everyone who does attend school in prayer that we make a difference in our classes, our school activities,etc. I don't want another year to go by and I regret that I didn't do more!

Praying for you...LOVE YA! That's what I miss the most about working in a cafe setting. Although I don't miss feeling like I'm in a display case for the drunk wierdos after midnight. <img src="eek.gif" border="0" alt="" /> I do miss being able to witness to young people. It's a big part that I feel is missing, but for whatever reason, God's got me tucked away here. I will prolly join you at Lamar next year. Wanted to start this year, but I can't see adding anything right now with the problems I'm having physically (and emotionally). Until God heals me or He shows me what it is so it can be taken care of, I feel stuck...but you can bet that my heart and prayers are with you for sure. GO GETTUM!!!
