Kris, both I procrastinate usually, but I am helping out with the planning. Melanie's pretty busy with school (in phoenix for 2 weeks right now) so I tries to relieve some of the planning pressure

man, she must be one heck of a woman to get you to plan and get a jump on things, i thought miracles were rare, but i see you are experiencing them as we speak ! just giving you a hard time, but glad you are getting ahead of the game, it will make the day tons better, do all the running around two weeks before to save the week before for gliches. trust me, i was just witness to it. then you actually enjoy the day and let the holiness of it soak in.

About marriage. I suppose the type of site this is must have a lot to do with it but it really is wonderful to hear people speak to marriage, not just the wedding. That was really cool Angel, "let the holiness of it soak in."

Melanie is an organizer and a worrier... both together keep me hopping She gets back home Friday night and wanted us to get up early Saturday and get the 'registry' finished... I told her the mall doesn't even open until 10am and maybe we could do something a little different for the July 4th weekend besides sit in the parkinglot waiting for it to open We should be finished with the planning long before the week of

awesome ... high five to worriers and organizers ... the "anal retentive" ones of us still left are worth our weight in gold ...aren't we ? yeah, kris, sometimes i think it needs to be remembered how sacred it is. it is one of the most awesome things God gave us in the way of sacraments, and with the 85,000 things to do to plan one, remember to schedule a date night in there so the two of you can ponder it all. hey, just think of all the stuff you can get done sitting in the car waiting for the mall to open, you are that much ahead and without distractions!

We went to a bridal show downtown this afternoon - too much to choose from Later we went to my parents' church and talked to the lady that'll be helping us a lot with the decorations - things are pulling together slowly.

Decided on the cakes today... mmm mmmm good!
