Howdy everyone!

The wedding is tentatively planned for late-summer/ early-fall pending Melanie's school schedule - everyone who can make it is formally invited by me. If you need a place to stay let me know and we'll work something out. I'll post a date as it gets closer.

heheh Thank you... despite sleeping ~8 hours in the last 5 days I've had a grin just about the whole time that won't go away

We left Thursday ~1pm CST, got there about 10am Paris time and stayed up until ~2am Saturday morning. Back up @7am to go on the siteseeing tour, which dropped us off at the Eiffel tower and the Seine boat ride to find our way back. We walked maybe 4 hours including the time we stopped in the cafe de flore for a bite and rest. Got in ~1am and back up at 7am again to grab some breakfast, some gifts for our parents, and the slowest taxi cab ride I've ever been on to the the airport. Home at 1am CST meant we were up 24+ hours yesterday as well as thursday/friday

Anyways, it was cool, neither of us had never been there, she didn't even know we were going there until we were on our way to the airport The proposal in front of the tower nearly left her speechless except for a few 'oh my God!'s

Like I told ya in the mens room, the silly grin said it all! Just wonderful! When is Melanie gonna start posting here? We wanna welcome her and hear her side of all stories. LOL

hehe, good question She gets online quite a bit, but mainly for her schooling, part of it's online, part at the university in Phoenix. I've showed her the site a few times... she'll need to join and post if she wants to view those images tho
