This is a prayer request for a special person who has always been there for others and now needs others to be there for her. Pixie is the creator and moderator of a site primarily for women with men allowed although I am the only one at present - everydaywomeneverywhere.com - where we do what we can to support others but such things as charity drives - we have had two so far and are ready for the third - supporting others when they need it, such as moral support for a member who recently had a hip replacement, and other acts of kindness to make the world a little better. Now though Pixie has found out that her mother has renal cell carcinoma in the left kidney and faces an operation next week and pixie herself is going to be having tests done to check for the same disease. This is a christian woman who has studied the bible and the word of God and now needs our prayer for both her mother and herself to see her through this. I think you for your prayers as do the other members of Everydaywomeneverywhere.

I am sorry I have not been back here in a while to update this but I will now. Carol, Pixie's mother, had part of a kidney removed along with a rib and was thought to be fine until blood was discovered in her lung which was drained and first Carol was told there was no sign of cancer, then that there was and not faces tests to determine if she has a brain tumor as well as other tests to check for cancer. She can have no anesthetics or pain killers due to allergies, so this whole thing is starting to tell on her to the point she has almost I think decided to give up. Your prayers are especially appreciated during this time, both that she recover and that she keep her spirits up and don't surrender to this. Thank you all and may God bless each of you.
