Well .... i go to South Side Assembly of God church and we have been with out a youth pastor for almost a year and a half and we have an awsome on fire youth group with many ministries in it...my need though is we are getting burnt out and worn down bye this no youth pastor thing.. it makes a huge difference believe me.... we really need prayer and any of your input on people looking for the posistion..we had a candidate but i found out the other day that he became the youth pastor for another church so that was a low blow....we have this one need that causes many prolems so pleez help us in any way shape or form...
