not a typo, seems it is just a blown gasket in car. and not cylinder-car started after cleaning spark plug spilled of oil. thats good news. mechanic said bring it in next wk, and should be under a hundred bucks[ i pray thats stays true!]

I'm the same way about my car but I have to help out here with my parent too. Maybe your were destined to have a better job than the one you've didn't get. Just think about the future and not the past.

[it helps]. as long as this box is not my folks home. i know im a burden, theyre polite about it, but i feel the tension. the more job rejections and car troubles i get-it confuses me what God wants from me.

yea, bad drivers, rain and full moon is really scary. yikes! i TRY TO EXPECT WORST FROM OTHER DRIVERS, [DEFENSIVE], TO BE PREPARED FOR MORONS ON ROAD OR CUTTER OFFS. ESPEC AT YIELDS NEAR MALL/TARGET, walmart etc. lunch hour worst.

I also drive defensive but it's good to be both sides of the coin. The area around the mall is bad at lunch hour but I think I can manage

same here, ive been there. no where to go! TRY driving IN HTOWN. thats more lanes to weasel back in after yielding, missed my exit.

I haven't driven in houston in forever. Every time I go I have a fit trying to help my father drive through the many lanes of traffic.

yea, i look at it as an adventure, make a game of it. makes it fun! DEPENDS on company of course. i really do better to drive solo. i dont make fun of my driver on the road etc. thats just mean. other drivers are free game however. hehe

If it's a game then I have a high score I try not to make fun of my driver either. It just gets them mad at me but I do give help hints to them.

I can't follow maps. That's why I right down directions. The maps just confuse me with all the colors and lines.

i made it back home, guess it works. hehehe i need details in case of detours. maps dont show city by city traffic. just generic stuff like a weather vane with streets. doesnt tell you if any wrecks or construction is ahead. and since texaco is shell, cant use tjhose as landmarks too much. [anymore]
