But...my suprevisor left on medical leave last Friday. Monday afternoon I receive an email from her Boss. (I guess that makes him my Big Boss) He would like to have a conference call Tuesday afternoon. And considering where I've been and how it affected me and my job performance, I have to be honest and say I had an apprehensive Monday evening.

Tuesday afternoon rolls around and I receive a call from him. After about 10 minutes of talk about my job performance and the noticeable difference he has seen in me he wants to know if I am willing to travel to cover in Atlanta and Richmond.

It seems that he is in the process of removing 2 dedicated technicians we have on contract with us. By losing those contracts we save 20K per month but it leaves a HUGE hole in that area.

But, he seems to think that if I am willing to travel for 2 or 3 days a week to both of these areas I can do most of the leg work there while helping the 2 ladies who had been dispatching the dedicated techs.

The really great thing was that he even asked what days I had my children so that we could work around that schedule!

Great news TH, that's a great part of the country too

Oh it is TH!! I've been there in September I think and it was absolutely beautiful. The rolling hills and the woods with the fall foliage I just loved it!

Terrific news. You are truly blessed. It may even help with things on the homefront. Keeping even more busy ya know.
