In addition to that ruling, The Supreme Court is supposed to be ruling on partial-birth abortions sometime soon. i'll have to watch teh news to get confirmation. we need to really pray about this because this is the same supreme court who ruled that cable tv can display adult-rated material (almost pornographic) during all times of day instead of just late at night. I wonder about our justice system. . .I've decided that the anti-Christ isn't just one person but the whole Supreme Court Justice ...just a little humor to lighten the mood. Also in the news, the NY transit authority has been in hte spotlight because they are willing to print advertisements for abortions but not ones for pro-life. Now, I wonder if they feel that printing pro-life ads would try to impress a Christain view on Americans? Well I know that pro-life is not a belief that is categorized to just extreme conservative Christains who want to drive their beliefs into people. I know people who are pro-life and are not Christains. It's not a religous view. It is also a personal conviction. Ok I have said my peace. I hope I gave you all alot to think about.

Thank you for the info Amber... muchas gracias. I think we, as Christians, tend to bury our heads in the sand and let the "unsilent minority" and their squeaky wheels get all the grease. We must keep up with what is going on around us and take an active stance on the issues that affect us.

And that's not all I'm gonna say about that...

Oh Heaven help those who pass PBA. I guess they just don't understand that Hell is forever and you just don't get to die and make it go away. I was really torn up by the Supreme court decision to ban prayer. They have no business getting involved in the personal utterances of any citizen of this country, period. They simply have no right to infringe on free speech rights like that. At least though the Chief Justice disagrees vehemently. From our stand point we need to get the most conservative person we can find elected to the presidency this fall. During the next two presidential terms there will be oportunity to appoint at least three new justices to the supreme court. The conservative/Christian community can through voting in a conservative, Christian president can actually effect the next thirty or fourty years worth of decisions made by that governing body. This election is terribly important for that cause of righteousness and the furtherment of God in the United States.

PS as a side note the ACLU has YET to gain a single Civil Liberty for the poulation at large, but they have fought violently to remove many. Starting in about 1948 when they railroaded their private cause through the supreme court that created a clause in the constitution about seperation of church and state that DID NOT EXIST until that day.
