Just wanted to let you all know that Amanda, the young girl with bulemia is doing wonderfully. I was finally able to speak with her last night and they are preparing her for going home. She has gained 18 pounds and she sounds like a new person. She is so excited and hopeful and we made lots of plans for the girls (my daughter Rachel and Amanda)to be together. Please continue to lift her up as she makes the adjustment into the real world again.
Another praise goes out for the healing of my friend Mark. He was admitted last week for the infection in his jaw. What I didn't relaize until later was that this was actually a life-threatening scenario. Constant intercession and the faithfulness of the Holy Spirit, healed the infection and Mark was released home on Saturday.
We serve a merciful and gracious God. Thank you Jesus! /
