My wife cooked a great meal tonight

My husband took my ring in to get it polished and brought it back along with one of the little rings that has the stones that fit around the big one...and he brought me a band just to wear for when I work out or do stuff that poses a risk to my actual wedding ring.

good news about a loved one, looks my my nephew will be ok since his wreck . blind spot, at night. from hwy 90 [from hamilton lumber direction]turning left ontokeith rd before municipal airport. in center turn lane. another young chap hit him on passenger side. another miracle-his brothers almost rode with him. [headed to a game at cchigh on hwy 105]. my neph got a ticket, by dps trooper I believe. my bro is a det. , dont know why he didnt bring it up? THATS just my eldest bro. hes quiet like me[in person].

I found a 14.4 volt cordless Black and Decker Drill last night at Home Depot for $25

power tools are soo nice around the house. cordless is better. my dog chews on extension cords. may be dog sitting for my eldest bro this week. will need a cordless to patch up doggy door in fence, keep out neighbor dog.

MANAGED TO BLOCK OTHER DOG FROM COMING OVERTO OUR YARD. YEEHA! its a chore. dog sitter, may make career of it, need more clients. prefer local. otherwise would involve house sitting if requiring too much travel/fuel daily. not bonded, cant afford that yet. new events? ANYONE? [;

hopefully good news, my mom seems ok. took tylenol pm-but blood pressure[bp]still high. my dad went to woodville, and still waiting for my bro to drop off his dog. on call if mom needs to be picked up from galveston. she supposed to stay thru friday . dont know when asci thing is over.

Finally made it to the gym today after a several month sabatical. I was pleasantly suprised to discover that I have not gained any weight, but very unpleasantly surprised that most of my weight now is from fat and not muscle. My shape has changed a bit even though my weight has not. But pleasantly surprised again that when I got to my cardio workout, 30 minutes was a breeeeze. It was like picking up where I left off! But then unpleasantly surprised again when I tried to do some pullups. I had to have some MAJOR help. Oh well, I'll get back to normal soon. At least I started.
