I love worship songs...and therefore don't have a "favorite" really. But I do love "Above All" and one of the ones that I just love is called "Jesus, You Alone" by Tim Hughes...
Verse Jesus, You alone shall be my first love, my first love The secret place and highest praise shall be Yours; shall be Yours
Pre-Chorus To Your throne I'll bring devotion May it be the sweetest sound Lord, this heart is reaching for You now
Chorus So I'll set my sights upon You Set my life upon Your praise Never looking to another way Father, You alone will be my passion Jesus, You will be my song You will find me longing after You
Verse 2 Day and night I'll lift my eyes to seek You, to seek You Hungry for a glimpse of You in glory, in glory
(Repeat Pre-chorus and chorus)
Yeah...I dunno, the tempo and style is a little faster than a lot of my other favorites, but the lyrics really capture the desire of my heart.
His, Latte

I love You Lord, And I lift my voice, Too worship You, O my Soul rejoice, Take Joy my King in what You hear, May it be a sweet sweet sound in Your Ear. I don't know who wrote it above, I've had this memorized for many years now. I love to think it sing it and share it.

That's one of my favorites too Kristi Ann I've probably posted this one before, but we sang it yesterday and it's been in my heart ever since: You Are NearIn awe of You, we worship... And stand amazed at Your great love. We're changed from glory to glory... We set our hearts on You our God! Now Your presence fills this place Be exalted in our praise As we worship I believe You are near (x2) In awe of You, we worship... And stand amazed at Your great love. We're changed from glory to glory... We set our hearts on You our God! Now Your presence fills this place Be exalted in our praise As we worship I believe You are near (x2) Blessings and honour And glory and power Forever, forever! (x5) In awe of You, we worship /

Also that each of my kids know this song and have since birth. It was one of the many that I used to sing to them each night while rocking them to sleep. Wow....talking about bringing back memories!

Sang this one tonight at our Praise and Worship:
Falling at Your Feet
Your holy voice, Whispers in my ear You break me, And then you draw me near
Who am I to stand, who am I to speak Who am I to raise my eyes to meet you Who am I to stand, who am I to speak Who am I to lift my hands to praise you
I'm falling at Your feet, Ruined by your majesty My life, my everything Are crumbled on the ground before you
Your mercy's rich, covers all my sin You bought me, Now I'm surrendering...
I'm falling at Your feet, Ruined by your majesty My life, my everything Are crumbled on the ground before you
Who am I to stand, who am I to speak Who am I to raise my eyes to meet you Who am I to stand, who am I to speak Who am I to lift my hands to praise you
You're all I want now, You're all I have You're all I am now, You're everything
I'm falling at Your feet, Ruined by your majesty My life, my everything Are crumbled on the ground before you...
