Hi Crucified, nice to meet you (so to speak!) I truly beleive in the ideal thatif you can think and breathe then you can sin! The sins we commit will lessen as we walk down that narrow path evermore surrendering those innermost parts of our lives to God, but persist they will. Hence the allowance, by God, for repentance and through grace, forgiveness. Paul's example is kind of sketchy. Lets look a little before pauls conversion when Jesus was still ministering.
I bolded the part I wanted to draw your attention to. Now I ask you "how could this man sin?" Had he not lain by that pool every day, paralyzed for thirty odd years?? What could he have possibly done that was sin? He thought some very bad things folks. Every time someone else went into the pool and was healed he coveted. Whenever someone walked by he hated. This man could not move his physical body, yet Jesus accused him of being full of sin then told him to stop it!!!!
As a side note this is the only person who was healed by Jesus who did not ask for it, nor was he healed by faith in Jesus. It was pure God-power that healed this man. Notice that Jesus did not say "your faith has made you well" He simply said "rise take up your bed and walk" ...... Something to think about! That was a divine appointment!
God bless
Steve
